Are there any age limits?
Chasers offers something for all ages. The following activities have age restrictions:
Climbing Jungle Gym is for children under 48 inches tall.
Combat Tactical Laser Tag is for ages 11 years and older.
Bubble Soccer is for children ages 10 and older.
BLASTER BATTLES ADD-ON - PLEASE READ
We supply the Battle Blasters, goggles, team vests, and standard Battle Blaster darts. You are also welcome to bring in your own blasters and darts, however Chasers Laser Tag is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or broken personal property.
Do all of my guests need a wristband?
Any guests playing laser tag games, arcade, bubble soccer, using the climbing jungle gym etc. are considered guests of your party and will require a wristband.
The party rooms allow for 15 - 25 guests. If you are expecting more than this please let us know beforehand so that we can upgrade your party package and confirm availability.
Do you have a storage area for cake & ice cream?
We have a small refrigerator you are welcome to use, but we do not have a freezer.
Are the rooms decorated? Can I bring decorations?
Yes, all of the rooms offer a festive party decor. Photos of the rooms are below.
You are welcome to bring table clothes and decorations. We now offer a variety of Balloon Bouquets that you can add on to your party!
Please keep in mind the kids are only in the room for a short time, just to eat and sing Happy Birthday.
Confetti , glitter and pinatas are NOT allowed. We also do NOT allow guests to hang anything from the walls or ceilings. A $75 charge may be applied for damages (see booking contract for more details).
Are reservations required for walk -ins?
No! Reservations are not required for walk-ins and play passes. You are always welcome to call us at (630) 851-6930 to see how busy we are at any given time. Parties do take priority over walk-ins so there may be a bit of a wait. During this wait, you are welcome to purchase some arcade cards and enjoy Chasers Arcade that Pays where every game pays out e-tickets for amazing prizes!
Can we bring in our own food?
Yes! You're welcome to bring in your own food or snacks. Please remember to keep it simple as kids are usually only in the room for 20-30 minutes. We recommend having your food/snack break approximately 1 hour before the end of your party. (Example: 2:00pm party start time, food should break would be 3:00) They'll want to get in all the play time they can and this allows your group play time after the quick break.
Soda, water and other drinks are available for purchase, but you are also welcome to bring in your own drinks. We do not supply cups or ice.
What is the party schedule?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your party starts. Guests should arrive at your party start time. All guests must leave your assigned party room at the end of your party time. You are welcome to stay and play more in Chasers Arcade that Pays!

Will a party room be reserved for my group?
Party rooms are reserved for all party packages. Rooms are guaranteed for 90 minutes of your schedule but in most cases we do try to have your room available for the full 2 hours of your party time.
There are also plenty of seating options in our arcade area, however we do not allow any food outside of the party rooms.
We do NOT allow glitter, confetti, pinatas or anything to be taped or attached to the walls or ceilings at any time. There may be a $75 fee charged for damages caused, per the party contract.
What is the Technology Fee?
Our 6% Technology Fee covers the technology we provide to our guests such as our website and our online booking services.
